Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Logging mileage claims for site visits, which is very useful to do on the go as an account manager.
  • Mileage Claims.
  • Parking.
  • Receipt scanning.
  • More clarification on hard rules when putting through claims.
  • More accurate claims, reduction in overspend.
  • Sticking to company policy.
  • Audit trail of where expenses are being used and who by.
Great app and on a web browser, ability to edit receipts when scanning is great to rotate pictures, etc.
Submitting claims on the go while walking from a client meeting to where my car is parked.
Ease of use, making staff happy to adopt it as a new process as culture changes is a major blocker.
WebExpenses much easier to use.
