Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

We use PT for both documentation, home, exercise program, billing, and scheduling for our physical therapy clients. It also allows us to communicate with clients through-the home exercise program and also text or email reminders. We also use the digital intake which helps save time in the office.

I think what PT is well-suited for practices. I will admit that I think it is quite expensive, but it’s a very small office and allows me not to have an office manager so that saves me a great deal of money because it does have many great features. I do wish that for very small office is like me. They had a better pricing option.
