Overall Satisfaction with Whova
We used Whova for our customer event, NEXT2020. I heard nothing but rave reviews--it was great for managing the agenda and information about sessions, but it was also good for rating content and presenters, and especially for fostering interaction between participants and getting real-time notifications out to the attendees.
My *only* regret was that not every attendee downloaded the app... not sure how to get 100% uptake, but that would be Nirvana.

- Allowing a simple "like" on a comment
- For NEXT2020 (our customer event), Whova created a solid foundation that we didn't have to worry about--it was an aspect of the event that ran smoothly and reflected well on us.
