Overall Satisfaction with Whova
I recently used Whova at a conference I spoke at. I speak at a lot of conferences, and often they use apps. This one--by far--was the most comprehensive. It allowed me to "speak" with my attendees, before and after my presentation. And I'm sure I only used about 20% of the functionality.
- Communicating with audience members
- Estimating room attendance
- Follow-up
- I wish I could have created my own default message for messaging attendees. I had to delete and copy and paste my new message. It was a pain in the butt.
- I wish I could have messaged all the folks who signed up for my session (451) in one shot instead of one by one.
- Whova allowed me to follow-up with my audience, which was time-consuming, but worth it.
- Evite and BrightLocal
