Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

We use Wingman to record sales calls and play them back with clients to review what has been discussed. We also use this as a training tool to better sharpen up our pitching and also to control how much we are talking to ensure there is balance with the client.

The first point of how Wingman is well suited is for when after a call with a client, the client asked for a recording of the call so they could pass it on to their seniors. I'd say where it falls down is people ask what it is and it's slightly intrusive for some clients who are discussing highly sensitive content.
