Broadly used across the organization for internal processes, sales demos, marketing, etc.
- Ease of use/learning.
- Broad range of connectors/integrations with a broad array of systems.
- Fast and effective support, prompt in their response as well as following up and setting up follow up calls to get to the heart of the problem.
- Administration isn't the best: having multiple users manage the same account or granting access to a company account is limited except for partners or at extra cost.
- High barrier to entry for smaller companies: increased pricing model is an inhibitor for smaller clients that could have limited but powerful use cases.
- Extremely valuable at saving time and increasing visibility.
A market leader when it comes to an out of the box/do it yourself integration tool. It is very user-friendly with an excellent track record for new connectors and reliability.
