As a Workfront Design Consultant, I help clients design and configure Workfront for marketing teams, departments, and organizations. At the consulting firm I work for, we use Workfront for our internal management of Workfront implementation projects. And as a client of Workfront back in 2014, I was the point person from our marketing department on the selection and implementation of Workfront - becoming a power user and system administrator.
- Time tracking against projects - can be as detailed as you want.
- Reporting and customizing views of those reports.
- Collaboration via the Updates tab - this kills a lot of emails.
- Being able to brand the instance - Fortune 500 companies, especially the marketing teams, will want to customize with logos, color palettes etc.
- Customizing the Finance and Billing Record areas. Those teams acting as internal agencies who charge internal clients for services need complex financial metrics.
- Improved productivity
