I would highly recommend this platform as it enables us to share both executive and social messages in a highly engaging way with employees and colleagues. Workvivo has been transformational in terms of communicating in real-time across all departments and has made all individuals feel more connected than ever before (especially when WFH during the pandemic). It allows all users to share successes right across the business increasing the 'one team' ethos. It is very easy to use and affords all colleagues the confidence to add posts and engage with others about business and non-business news. We utilise the product as a professional way to share important business information and to highlight milestones on projects. On a personal level it is utilised to share personal stories, competitions (tickets to sporting, cultural & musical events), polls/surveys, and celebrations (birthdays, births, weddings, etc.).
