Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is used as a ticketing system for a variety of requests but primarily for Analytics Reporting, Technical Requests for our internal product, and for contract/order form/amendment requests.

Wrike can do everything that these tools can do, but not as well. Needs to be more user friendly and need to be able to capture more data in an easier way that allows for consistent and easy reporting.
