Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

This is a great tool to quickly see the different projects that our team handles for the business. We work across several subsidiaries and this is helpful for our team to align for leadership, identify cost savings, and prioritize work that comes in. This also helped our team come up with an official intake system and reporting tools in one place to make sure we're making the right decisions without adding too much work for our team members. This helps us align to our leadership goals, hold us accountable for trackable deliverables, and organize our next steps.

There is a lot of manual entry for project management. It's been hard to gain team adoption because of this. Most projects are still run in MS Project or Excel. This is problematic for reporting as Wrike only tracks and reports on what is in Wrike. There needs to be a push from leadership for all of the team to use the product consistently for Wrike's best features to help the team.
