Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to organize and track projects, assign tasks to people, submit forms, take notes and track time. We use Wrike blueprints to more easily set up new projects, Wrike tasks to assign tasks to different team members within that project and Wrike dashboards to track the status of those tasks. Wrike helps leadership have visibility into projects as well.
- Wrike makes it easy to assign tasks to different people and see their progress
- Wrike makes it easy to organize many tasks that you have
- Wrike makes it easy to track time if that is needed
- Wrike dashboards are not as customizable as I would like. I would like for instance to be able to see all subtasks together with all tasks.
- When our company migrated into another Wrike organization, it caused a number of problems with existing tasks.
- I think creating new tasks from blueprints and bulk assigning and unassigning tasks could be a bit more intuitive the first time you do it.
- Wrike has enabled us to work more efficiently on projects
- Wrike has allowed us to track the hours worked on each client, so that we can assess profitability on a per client basis
- Wrike has allowed more efficient collaboration between sister companies
monday.com may be a little bit better for communication between different people on the same project, but Wrike is overall easier to use to create, organize, monitor and track projects. It also has some functionalities that may not exist on monday.com, such as time tracking and form submission.
