Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I use Wrike for project management, the Gantt chart is my favorite feature though I feel it could be more user friendly. For example, I used Wrike to manage a large 300 person anniversary party.
- Has a desktop app and not just the browser
- Cross Tagging for tasks that relate to multiple aspects of a project
- Adding documents for easy reference
- Gantt Charts are hard to use and should not have to be color coded by workflow step
- Users should be able to create their own workflows for personal projects, especially if the Gantt chart is dependent on them
- We need a feature to auto-assign each created task to yourself
- Wrike seems good for managing projects cross-department but using Wrike for personal projects is bulky and complicated
- It allowed me to organize the needs of a large event
