Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We used Wrike to manage our proposal workload within our marketing team which was roughly 15 people. We also used Wrike to track onboarding for new hires, project milestones for capturing information and photography, and event planning.

  • Reporting at end of the year
  • Collaboration platform for teams
  • Ease of navigation in the holistic platform
  • Sometimes it felt too cumbersome
  • cost - we ended up moving to monday.com as a company
  • Being able to report out the workload for the department at the EOY
  • Being able to track personal tasks as well
  • Being able to track project milestones
I was personally a Wrike fan and brought it over to our company from my previous firm but our company ultimately moved over to monday.com last year due to pricing and seats.

Wrike was great for team workload management being able to log in and quickly see who had capacity and who was overloaded with tasks. The system was obviously only as helpful as our teams made it by inputting their tasks. Would be awesome if it interacted with our CRM that tracked opportunities.
