Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We are trying to manage time, resources, and projects from collaboration, and process automation to team and project profitability accounting with Wrike for 3 years.
- Collaboration
- Integration with Microsoft
- Time and project accounting
- Speed
- Reporting
- Analytics
- It has been a big issue for our organization.
- Intervals, monday.com and Maverick Hyperflow CRM
We selected Wrike because PSA solution was supposed to do everything we needed. Practically we were better off with the more basic but effective Intervals solution provided by Pelagi. Wrike is doing a better job with presentation overall but in the end speed is likely worse and project or time reporting is mostly unmanageable with Wrike which has a clear negative impact on our businesses. The main reason we are still using Wrike is likely due to sunk cost paradox as we spent so much time to try to use it properly… some Wrike staff has also been very useful but the issue have not materially resolved.
