Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We used Wrike to onboard new customers, and address their requests after onboarding or also shutting down the service. It is pretty flexible tool that supports all types of requests. The scope of the use cases was project management and ticketing
  • like the hierarchy structure of Wrike
  • liked the tagging feature where a task was tagged in multiple places
  • sub tasks was good as well and can have different layers of sub tasks
  • I would like color coding for statuses and flexibility to create statuses on the fly
  • use as a ticketing system may be limited
  • search functionality could be improved
  • reduced time spent on project management
  • easy to look up old tasks
I really liked Wrike in comparison to monday.com. I was using a higher version of monday.com and in several areas it fell short. It required lot of scrolling and sub tasks in monday.com was disliked by everyone in our company. Wrike is intiutive and really easy to use. It requires a very short time to come up to speed and integrates well with other tools
