Overall Satisfaction with Wunderlist
Our Marketing department uses Wunderlist to keep track of our individual tasks, as well as our department tasks, conference tasks, etc. There are so many different areas that the marketing team has input and tasks for that we need a solidified way to keep everything organized, assign due dates, and see what tasks other members are completing at different times.
- Lots of customization abilities.
- Due dates.
- Reminders can be set.
- Invite many more users and gain access to their lists.
- Ability to change font styles (this is very minor).
- Ability to sync with Google Sheets, Drive, etc.
- Helps immensely with keeping our budget in check by getting papers in on time (the reminder feature).
Wunderlist is much easier to understand and start using than Trello is, I believe. It's just a simple to-do list with customizable options, so really anyone can understand and get the hang of it. Slack is great for communication and sharing files, but there's so much going on in Slack that a lot of items, tasks, and words get lost along the way. Also, Wunderlist integrates with Slack so that is a huge positive.
