Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

We use Incent to support and administer almost all compensation plans for sales teams at our company. It serves as the primary calculation and reporting tool for end users in the sales org as well as FP&A.

  • ease of implementation
  • ease of adjusting standard credit results
  • education and onboarding process for admin and end-users
  • higher visibility for end-users

  • ability to delegate responsibilities to sales ops teams
We are currently in the early stages of use which primarily covers calculation and communication for end-users. We have yet to lean into performance management and analytical outputs for additional insights. Even still, Incent does provide us the ability to effectively analyze financial results across or comp plans vs. targeted or budgeted amounts.
We are currently performing these analyses offline but hope to lean into Incent capabilities as we adopt further

It is well suited to accommodate a variety of plan structures, whether volume or $ based. Salesforce connections make for data visibility and familiarity within our org. Less appropriate for simple incentive plans that do not require complex calculation or reporting solutions.
