Overall Satisfaction with Xero
We use Xero for managing all customer/supplier invoices within the business.
Xero is connected to our company bank account, and we know in real-time when invoices are paid.
Furthermore, our Accountants also use our Xero system for calculating our Accounts.
In short, all finances within our business are managed using Xero.

Massive improvements on our Accounting processes. We are now 'as one' with our Accountants. We're literally on the same page, just by having a common access to the same data (but with different rights permissions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR. This has allowed us to reduce our expenditure on our Accountants as they are able to work more efficiently on our Accounts.
Sage is much more difficult to use and far less enjoyable to work with than Xero. Sage just feels 'old fashioned' and cumbersome compared to the streamlined Xero system. We have no regrets in adopting Xero over Sage. Furthermore, Xero is less expensive than Sage. Better system and cheaper! What's not to like?
