Overall Satisfaction with XpertHR

To check labor law clauses and to look for examples clauses.
  • Knowledge documents covering the entire subject.
  • Examples for contract clauses.
  • Case law to get interpretations of law.
  • More examples than the ones you find everywhere.
  • Sometimes important details are missing when you have a specific case.
  • Saving time to draft clauses, contracts etc.
  • Easy confirmation whether or not you are choosing a good approach.
  • Reliability of the information. The internet offers also a lot of information but the sources and actuality can be doubtable.
Not that much. You got also information from our sources. In that case, you compare the information to find your way to act. Then it's a very good tool to do some checks.
When you have a team with good professionals, it's not such an important role. But when you have a small company HR employees will be generalist for those I can imagine that XpertHR's role is more important.

On a short term you have a good overview of a topic. It helps also a lot that you can get examples of clauses, agreements etc. They are very useful when you must draft such ones for your company. This is even more important when new topics have to be implemented due to, for example, new legislation.
