Overall Satisfaction with Zapier

We offer a quiz platform that helps users generate leads; hundreds of our customers rely on Zapier to integrate with their CRM, Marketing automation tool, etc. on a daily basis. This is done by integrating via our web hook that we have built out that is easily set up through Zapier. There are hundreds of different software that are compatible and this is a must-have for our customers small to large.

  • There are hundreds of different software [connections] available - this is great because it seems like everyone has something different they rely on in-house.
  • Zapier is great at walking you through the set-up and making sure you're up to speed with all the great features.
  • Being able to test each "zap" is important so you know everything is working seamlessly. The testing is quite simple and quick. Very effective.
  • The initial set up can be confusing. It always requires someone who already knows about it to help someone else learn.
  • Even though there is a plethora of available software to integrate with, there can always be more. Some sort of 'suggestion box' would be nice.
  • The support team has been tough to get ahold of at times.
  • It's hard to pin-point an exact ROI, but it's critical in our selling process.
  • Without Zapier, we wouldn't have nearly as many sales.
  • If it weren't for Zapier, our team of engineers would have to spend a lot of time building other integrations that are time consuming and can be messy.

Zapier is most definitely appropriate when wanting one piece of software to speak with another. For example, our company offers a quiz platform. At the end of the quiz, a lead form is available to ask for a user's name, phone number, email address, etc. When someone enters his or her information, the customer wants that information to flow into their CRM and/or send out a custom email via MailChimp. These are instances where Zapier can handle these tasks.
