Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

Ziflow is absolutely essential to our day-to-day operation. All projects and workstreams take place within Ziflow, and the program manages them beautifully.
  • Review of website staging links in live Ziflow environment
  • Classifying revisions and making them easy to understand for the team responsible for incorporating them
  • Streamlining major content revisions or overhauls to existing assets
  • It is a little difficult to access the workstream's details and download the files from Ziflow
  • The dashboard could be a little bit more useful or include notifications that make noise/alert me so I can reduce inbox notifications.
  • Majorly improved efficiency
  • Large time saver from previous programs
  • Increased amount of tactics teams could reasonably juggle
It has streamlined it to a great degree; previous programs were clunky and took ages to load, review, and move files forward. Ziflow is much faster and helps project managers make quick work out of routing.
The comment classification and overall ease of use have made my team's feedback more actionable and limited many rounds of revisions to get the change right.

Ziflow is far better for my company than Workfront/ProofHQ. Migrating from the old program to the new program was smooth, and after we were comfortably in the new system, it only got better.
Ziflow is incredibly well suited in workplaces where project managers are responsible for the movement of all pieces and need to have robust tools available to make this easy. Also suited for places with many employees or departments that need to weigh in on a tactic or asset as well as anywhere where there are lots of moving jobs and projects to keep track of.
