Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow for proofing all of our creative marketing assets. Ziflow allows us to proof internally and externally directly with clients.
- Proofing internally (as we are all working remotely).
- Proofing externally with clients.
- Collecting all feedback in one place.
- Recording extra notes for reference on next steps for each document.
- Tagging other team members if it's a collaborative project.
- Being able to mark change requests as 'done' or 'resolved' would be great!
- The ability to prioritise proofs would be useful too.
- Our whole feedback/approval process has been more efficient since using Ziflow. We were just sending loose documents via email before.
- During calls we can look at Ziflow on screen and go through proofs together, which has saved time.
- The ability to quickly share a proof with another person has saved time too.
Completely transformed! Our agency staff and clients are much happier with the feedback/approval process since we started using Ziflow. Previously we were sending loose files around on email and marking up changes on sticky notes, which no one else could see, in PDFs. Using Ziflow has made the whole process so much easier all around. It also allows us to easily compare amend requests with updated documents.
Ziflow has made collaborated feedback and workflow so much slicker! We can share internally and tag each other in comments where feedback or action is needed by another member of our team. We have control to only share proof versions with clients once we're happy to. Our client loves that they can access all of the current outstanding proofs rather than searching their inbox for links.

I find Ziflow's interface more user friendly. I work on a laptop most of the time and sometimes struggle to see everything clearly in Veeva. Veeva allows you to click resolve on comments/change requests once complete--this would be handy in Ziflow. In Veeva you can pull forward comments from previous proofs, which would also be useful in Ziflow.
