Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
Ziflow is used by our marketing department to facilitate the review and approval process by key departments of food packaging for our 4 consumer brands. We needed a solution that made it easy for reviewers to keep track of various projects, provide feedback and ask questions and after extensive research, we decided on Ziflow. It's been a fantastic tool to keep us organized, prevent issues, and help with version control, which is an important part of various audits our company undergoes on a regular basis.
- Version control: it's super easy to add a new version, compare versions, and see historical comments.
- Artwork rotation: this is such a simple thing but it was actually a deciding factor for us using Ziflow. Our packages are set up in a way that requires us to rotate the artwork in order to prove it and most providers out there didn't have a tool that allows the artwork on the screen to be rotated 90, 180, and 360 degrees. Ziflow made it a breeze.
- Customer service: Ziflow is super proactive and my account manager reached out to me on a regular basis to ask if I have any questions or to keep me apprised of updates, which means I have an actual human showing me all the new bells and whistles instead of having to sit through a boring webinar.
- I honestly cannot think of a single thing they can improve: the platform is great, the price is fair, and the customer service is awesome.
- Ziflow has definitely improved our efficiency as a team reviewing packaging projects and as a project manager, it makes it easy to see the status of projects at a glance and send a reminder notification to any stragglers with one click.
- As a project manager, Ziflow has saved me countless hours. I used to have to sift through multiple emails to gather feedback from reviewers and would sometimes spend half a day trying to find feedback that was given on a previous version. Now everything is tidy and in one place.
- If you're in food manufacturing (or any other industry where you are subject to regulations of your packaging/advertising, etc.), Ziflow will become an important compliance tool for you, allowing you to access previous versions, pinpoint when a specific change was made and at whose request.
Ziflow has definitely reduced the effort needed to get content approved within my organization. I can flag things on the initial proof for reviewers to keep in mind, reviewers can communicate with each other without me having to intervene right on the platform and I always know the status of any given project with just a quick look at my dashboard. It's made our team more efficient.
Ziflow makes collaboration a breeze. From the ability to add comments and tag people directly on the platform to tools letting you highlight or circle an element directly on your proof to ensure everybody is looking at the same thing to easy one click reminders to team members who are late providing feedback.

Ziflow was the only provider we found that allowed us to rotate our proofs to review all aspects of our packaging. It's was also more affordable than other options we looked into and is definitely easier to use than other platforms we tried. I highly recommend giving Ziflow a try, you won't regret it!
