Overall Satisfaction with Zimbra Email & Collaboration
We utilize Zimbra Email & Collaboration for all our email services. For a freeware option, it has a lot of great capabilities. If you're familiar with how to set up a web server, and you don't want to pay the amounts that you have to for gmail/M365, or other providers, then this would be a great product.

- email read receipts
- If using the free version, then it has proved it's ROI since we're not paying for anything.
- Sometimes, you can send emails and they get caught in the spam filter and it doesn't notify you
- The dns filter will have a rule and sometimes it won't follow that rule.
There are a lot of features that Zimbra Email & Collaboration has that gmail and m365 have. You can chat within your team members with Zimbra Email & Collaboration. The issue that we have not been able to figure out though is mobility of Zimbra Email & Collaboration. You can put it on your phone email app, but the chat feature does not work like it would with m365 teams or gmail.
