Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ZIX on ALL company email. This allows us to keep secure any personal information in any communication. Most importantly, Social Security Numbers, loan amounts, addresses, Driver License information etc.

Using ZIX not only provides secure communication but it enhances our ability with regard to keeping private information - Private.

Automatically senses any sensitive information in an email communication
Allows automatic secure communication with other users of ZIX
Provides a secure feeling with our clients

For us, ZIX works very well - I see no obvious areas That I would improve on

Return on Investment

Peace of mind is the major area where ZIX has impacted our business. We rest easy knowing we are not allowing any sensitive and private information to be sent into areas where it is not supposed to be.

Alternatives Considered

Ease of Use and ease of setup. Totally trouble free, great training and terrific support.

Likelihood to Recommend

We needed a secure way to communicate and ZIX does the trick. ALL our emails go though ZIX and since ZIX automatically senses the need for security, there are no scenarios where not using it would be appropriate.

Usability

ZIX is automatic, it takes no effort to use it.
