Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM has allowed us to implement many business processes outside of our regular use as a CRM. We have developed many apps within the universe that are used daily. Outside of the CRM and other adjacent customer service modules, we have used Sign and Projects to streamline our business operations.

  • Connectivity between apps (some connectivity is seamless where others are difficult).
  • Machine Learning Tools.
  • Webform Improvement.
  • Increased automation of repetitive tasks.
  • Multiple channel management.
  • In-house app development.
Would have given it a 10, but it is very difficult to organize data useful to sales reps within deal/contact management. While we appreciate the diversity of information available, not every piece of information is useful when analyzing a contact. reps would like to customize their client snapshot to include small portions of information from all data sources.
The best part about Zoho CRM is how customized it is to your needs. You can make the integrations work for you and create a difficult environment to implement, or you can keep it bare bones. The out-of-the-box configuration is ready to work on day one. Additionally, the Sandbox feature allows you to experiment with new configurations without committing to full implementation.
Zoho CRM has a superior UI to both Deltek Vantagepoint and Cosential. In addition, there are many options for self implementation (unlike the competitors).

Small to Medium sized businesses that don't require on-time integration with accounting systems will find this product to be of great use. Firms looking to improve client engagement and contact management will find the many additional apps of great use to their sales and marketing staff. Large manufacturing businesses might find this difficult to implement without its ability to readily connect to existing accounting systems.
