Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We use Zoho CRM to keep track of rehab projects, clients and potential clients we work with. It's also just become my white pages. It's been able to keep all the contact info and updates about people and projects in one place.

- Has helped me get through my daily tasks
- The mobile app could be a little more robust
- Reminders on my phone don't always work
- Onboarding others is sometimes a little difficult
- We've been able to increase productivity by using a cloud based platform over our previous (many years ago now) desktop based platforms.
- Having the ability to access all the data on my phone saves me from having to take my computer with me everywhere
To be honest, I'm a big fan because Zoho CRM is so great but it's a matter of them having lots of products for us to use as well as the customer service to help us get it all working correctly. I have had the best experiences with their people and tell everyone about that. It's bar none the best customer service for any type of similar product available today.
To be honest, we really like Zoho CRM but Salesforce was really good as well. It was just too big for us. Salesforce had too many options and too much going on. We couldn't get it all going properly and didn't enjoy using it like we do with Zoho. We also didn't get the same warm feeling with Salesforce as we do with Zoho. We have gotten better customer service with Zoho.
