Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM in our organization to create proposals for our customers and also to manage customer accounts. Without a CRM such as Zoho CRM, we would not be able to follow up on leads and see that they close properly. Zoho CRM allows us to do this with ease.

I recommend Zoho CRM if anyone is looking for an easy way to manage a customer from the lead stage to final billing. Creating proposals is super easy and even easier to send off to the customer for a signature. I have found that Zoho CRM has allowed us to bring in more business faster.
Zoho CRM's impact on customer experience and retention is very good. It is very easy to use the platform and there are many ways to access it via phone, table, desktop and laptop. Its also web-based and is available anywhere you have an internet connection. This is a great way for users to be comfortable using Zoho CRM.
Zoho CRM stacks up against others because it's very easy to use. There are many new updates and features that are being developed and the support from Zoho CRM has been pretty good in my opinion. I would match Zoho CRM to any other CRM out there and imagine that it would stack up well for what it does.

Zoho CRM has been well suited for our needs. We find that we are able to manage a lead properly and see that we can easily create a proposal and then hand off that proposal to the end-user either by email or by hand. Its less appropriate on the technician side as there is no mobile app for the techs to use.
