In CRM itself there is not a lot provided to develop customer journey from the scratch and you would have to access other parts of Zoho ecosystem to develop it fully.
I am using both at the same time, due to lack of performance on Zoho CRM marketing toolset (lack of different unsubscribe pages, forms, language support for users) we needed to find another alternative.
