Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Contact, lead, request handling and assignmen, data crawling and product database showcase.

It does not look really scalable although we never had the urge to do so.
In CRM itself there is not a lot provided to develop customer journey from the scratch and you would have to access other parts of Zoho ecosystem to develop it fully.
I am using both at the same time, due to lack of performance on Zoho CRM marketing toolset (lack of different unsubscribe pages, forms, language support for users) we needed to find another alternative.
