Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus
We use Zoho CRM Plus to manage customer relationships, to handle email campaigns, and to track our sales funnel from prospect to lead to customer. We use the ticketing system to keep track of items needing attention. We are working to integrate additional modules to track our quotes and follow our profitability.
- The CRM interface is very intuitive and easy to configure.
- Zoho CRM plus integrates well with other tools that we already use (Google Workspace and phone provider)
- Migration was relatively hassle free as the system learns mapping and remembers it freeing up time.
- Sometimes, I feel that I wait too long for it to load (I see a loading message).
- The inability to mass update accounts easily (without a workaround) is vexing.
- Setting up email campaigns is not as easy as it should be. The most difficult is being able to insert personal items (like the lead's name).
- Significant time savings in not having to enter inbound calls manually.
- It's really kind of fun to use. It's light, it's comfortable and yet powerful, so it fills all the boxes.
- The Zia tool is way overrated. Most of the time it cannot understand the simplest of questions. This is frustrating.
- Sugar Sell (SugarCRM) and Sugar Connect
Zoho is equally competent in terms of its abilities. It is more intuitive to change (I can drag and drop items easily to customize). I find the HTML capabilities of the email module to be up to modern standards, whereas Sugar was a little behind. The Gmail extension works better as Zoho. While I have nothing really negative to say about Sugar's abilities, Zoho is a better solution for our smaller company.
