Awesome product! Easy to use and it gives 360 views of your social presence. Highly recommended. Will use it and will recommend it to anyone who is looking to manage their social channels from one place. We use this platform to make our brand awareness and to drive leads to our organization.

usability is extremely fine for now. but sometimes there are some application lags but it is tolerable.
It is good but could improve it to better.
It gives the ability to your brand from scratch. We have been using Zoho social for many cases within our organization. We use it to tell the corporate world that our organization is out there for business. Also we use this tool to generate leads and search for talent that we need.
