Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use Zoom info purely as a prospect validation tool. Our company pays a third party to receive "qualified" leads and we use Zoominfo to further validate the leads and find the appropriate contact within the company, if the listed contact is not the right person to speak with. Often times the lead information we purchase is incorrect or is for the wrong contact in the company and Zoominfo allows us to validate and/or find the appropriate contact.

- Zoominfo can also be used as a prospect tool. You can run lead reports with specifics (industry, title, location, etc) to hone in on new prospects.
- Zoominfo allows you to export any lead reports into a csv. which can be easily imported into a CRM.
- As with any lead generation program, the accuracy of information can be improved, although I think Zoominfo is one of the best.

Zoominfo, in my opinion, is the best prospecting and lead generation tool available. Alternatives are third party lead generators like LeadGenius which are far lest cost effective and rely on manual data entry. Often times, there is a miscommunication with these third parties that lead to a list of leads with incorrect contacts within the company. As far as lead verification, the only other product I'm aware of is rapportive which is great but only integrates with Linkedin so is quite limited.
