Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
Used across the entire sales team. It helps us prospect reliable employees at any company we are reaching out to!
- It consistently has reliable contact information.
- It has fantastic tools to allow you to see company hierarchies. Allowing you to everyone from the C level all the way down.
- Some contact information can be out of date.
- Some titles can occasionally be wrong if they change positions.
- ZoomInfo allows me to reach prospects directly. I use it for almost every prospect I contact.
- Occasionally I have gotten some wrong numbers but generally, the information is correct.
I usually use ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator hand in hand, double-checking the information on both of the systems. I also used DiscoverOrg in a previous role but now that they have joined their systems together it is hard to get much better than the two of them combined.
