Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo to solve two problems. One, we use the intent data to identify companies that are currently searching for the solutions to the clients we represent an offer. We then use the contact search feature to determine the proper targets at the companies showing intent for our client's solutions to find their contact information.

  • Quality control of data on individuals.
  • Better search options for intent within a company's profile.
  • Decreases time to reach DMs.
  • Has increased amount of time dedicated to list building.
With EverString, it's much easier to determine what the intent topic is of a company that appears in your search. Furthermore, it's easier to search for the intent in a company's profile in EverString. This is an area where ZoomInfo needs to improve upon. I want to be able to search for a company, look at their intent, and do a search within their specific intent section.
ZoomInfo is excellent when your target companies are well-established companies that do $5 million in revenue or more. ZoomInfo isn't as great when your target companies are smaller, both in terms of size and revenue. All things considered, if you're in the business development world, ZoomInfo is a must. There are no ways around it.
