Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
Our sales organization is using it to prospect clients and prepare for meetings w/ prospects. We're leveraging it for research and to understand where there may be potential buying tendencies.
- Provides a detailed list of contacts and contact information.
- Provides information about current technology solution usage for each prospect.
- Allows for a narrowed search with easy to use filters.
- I would like to better understand some of the charts and graphs that are provided. More context would be helpful.
- I don't like that every time I go into one of the accounts in my intent search, when I go back it takes me all the way to the beginning not where I left off.
- I found it strange that within a two day span that some of the companies on my intent search were not consistent. One day they were on the list and the next they were not, same search criteria.
- It's allowed me to increase my prospecting list.
- It's allowed me to have access to details on prospects I otherwise wouldn't have.
- Ability to contact prospects directly when I otherwise wouldn't have been able to.
I have used other tools in the past but don't remember what they were called. None of them were as robust as this tool with the same level of integration to other tools.
