Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Chat (formerly Insent)

We use ZoomInfo Chat to actively reach out to people in our ICP on our website on certain high-quality pages. We use it to increase conversion on these pages and have the internal sales team use the tools to book demos. The integration to slack has been the most useful and exciting part of the tool because it increases our speed to touch these people on our site and is more likely to speak with them when our organization is top of mind.
  • Integrations with Slack/Salesforce.
  • ZoomInfo data automatically added to people that are chatting with us.
  • A great customer service team.
  • It's a newer tool for them I believe so there are some growing pains.
  • Would be nice to be able to use more Salesforce fields to vet people who chat with us on our site.
  • Slack integration/notifications.
  • Industry filtering on leads.
  • Personalized chat bot for pages that we don't want an SDR to reach out on.
  • We've increased engagement with website visitors.
  • We've opened many deals directly through chat.
It was a good add-on to our current use case with ZoomInfo. It has the necessary features we needed without the extra bells and whistles that Qualified provides at a much larger expense.

Well suited for organizations that have a lot of traffic already. Well suited for organizations that use ZoomInfo already because the interface is easy to use and a relatively inexpensive add-on compared to their competitors.
