Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Chat (formerly Insent)

This tool is more than just a ChatBot. Personalizing messages based on customer journey and being able to integrate all the communication into CRM were some of the most effective features that it offers. It helped the sales team to find B2B clients, in other words, warm or even hot leads.

  • It works well for personalized messages but I wish it had a big library of message templates to choose from
  • The user experience is a bit difficult to understand in the first glance

  • This tool along with some tools that let you know the company name the traffic is coming from is no less than a heaven for marketers
As I mentioned, it's more than just a ChatBot. The ChatBot is just another feature that it offers, but it allows you to talk to the website traffic which otherwise would have gone without interacting with your website. Sometimes even retargeting ads fail to target such valuable visitors, that is where ZoomInfo chat plays its role.

In the space of personalized chatbots, there is no competition to ZoomInfo chats. It is more suited for B2B brands as you also get notified if a hot lead is on the website so that you can directly have a chat with that website visitor. It's a really helpful tool for the sales team, especially if you work for a startup or a small company.
