Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales
Used to find contact info for prospects and export into our CRM. Used by many different individuals that are involved in any form of outreach.

- Contact information insights
- Fewer bugs on the platform
- Affordability
- More customer support
Accurate phone numbers and emails so I can actually get in touch with ideal buyers instead of having my emails bounce/calls drop.
- Return on investment has been negative
- The platform costs a lot
- We are a new business so we may see positive return in the long run
Better data accuracy that Apollo and a less complicated user interface.
