Audience Strength under Buyer Intent and Website Visitor Tracking is a good proxy to understand how interested the org is as a whole in our product/service,

Due to changes in designations and hierarchies across orgs, the org chart helps us understand who we need to go after because designation isn't always indicative of whether they are the buyer or not.

I need to know when a company might need industrial flooring. Its very specific to our company. If I applied that to ZoomInfo Sales, I would need to know when a company is looking for construction contacts. I am not sure how ZoomInfo Sales would apply this except for new builds for this industry which is a very small percentage of what we actually do. We provide upkeep and maintenance to industrial flooring. I am unsure if ZoomInfo Sales could give me that specific of insight at this time.

Not really.. its been 3 months since I started paying for the product but have not been able to use properly.

Dialer shows up as spam (they seem to recycle numbers), they don't fix the bad contacts even after weeks of follow up.

Intent searches, finding similar businesses to the ones that are already partnered with you, seeing what contact might respond better with putting a fire symbol on them. I love that ZoomInfo Sales allows you to be specific looking for an actual ideal customer profile that matches well with your company.

The revenue employee count and industry are by far the most important factors in securing new customers, especially ones that make an impact on my book of business. The tools they give you to find competitors are also amazing for lead generation. But the unique data they give is the positions and scrubbed cell numbers.

Yes, the Intent Signals / Data have been helpful in identifying organisations who are exploring certain services, whether this be relevant to our own organisation or those of our clients.

It can also provide a head start / upper hand when speaking to prospects, as you are able to show knowledge of their business and relate to this early on in conversations.

ZoomInfo has features like ICP and Buying committee; with these, we are able to do a one-time setup on the platform to identify and define our ICPs as regards different markets and targets. Also, through the contact filter, create buyer committee personas across the necessary demographics, which saves a lot of time subsequently. Also, a new feature I started using is the new higher or newly discovered contacts, which help us pinpoint personas of interests that have recently joined a company or whose data recently became available.

ZoomInfo SalesOS is excellent in all phases of segmentation - Person-level data (demographics), company-level data (firmographics), Technology (technographics) and Intent (psychographics). They have also done a very good job, with the Workflows feature, to enable operationalization of all this data so you can do more than just have it. You can use it on day 1.

The intent filters have been really useful for us. Also the ability to look for lookalike companies has been something we've been using a lot more to identify companies that are in a similar space. This has reduced the amount of time our sales team spends researching and gives them answers they can put into action immediately.

We use a lot of filters to build our go to market strategies but I’ve found that headcount, location, industry, job titles have all been fairly easy and helpful to use. I know they also have some different tags on which technologies companies use but I've found they haven’t been as accurate.

If properly implemented and segmented, the SalesOS workflows can be a very powerful tool to leverage. With higher tier contracts. These can be set up to use the intent signals to automatically place them in Engage SalesFlows that are tailored for specific market segments you want to target. These are more useful for companies that are SaaS or SaaS adjacent, but can be more broadly useful as well. Just depends on your strategy. I recommend anybody discuss this with a ZI account manager who can connect you with a CSM to really dive into it.

We really like being able to identify the buying committees / ICPs, which helps to narrow the field down without having to go through detailed search criteria. The Z/I intent and G2 intent connector really allows us to focus in on the right companies showing intent against our ICP, making targeting the right prospects easy.
