I integrate ZoomInfo Sales with Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace. I have never had issues. My lists and CRM programs also have never come through in bizarre jumbles or anything like that.

It was incredibly easy for our company's sales department to upload our sales team leads discovered in-house to zoom info to correlate with the data they have. It's something we do monthly, but it only takes each employee about 5 minutes to make their Excel files. Very efficient, and it helps bridge the gap on low data prospects.

We are big on Data Quality and having multiple sources of data input into your database could cause a lot of integration or hygiene issues. However, after exploring different platforms I am yet to see any other that outshines zoominfo in terms of realtime sync, field mapping and data transfer. Others most times don't have the required fields of data you need or overwrite the fields in a way not desired.

ZoomInfo SalesOS makes it very easy to integrate into our existing Salesforce CRM. The integration specialists help you along the way and are very knowledgeable and friendly. Our CSM is always quick to answer questions or get us to the right people who can help

It is clean and reliable. It's also flexible with your CRM and/or MAP. I like the configureability of being able to append only if certain values are present in a data point. Keeps things clean. You also do not need to bring in any more fields than necessary for your segmentation strategy.

ZoomInfo SalesOS was easy to integrate into our CRM. We have been able to link this software directly into our CRM, we have set up weekly automations within ZoomInfo SalesOS to keep our data fresh and a strong pipeline for our sales team to go after. ZoomInfo SalesOS was great in helping us set this up.

The ZoomInfo SalesOS and HubSpot integration has worked relatively well. It’s pretty easy to set up and map the fields between the two platforms so once it’s all set up it’s one click and done. Our reps are easily able to build lists in HubSpot and import them into our CRM with just a few clicks

In my experience, if I delete a contact from Hubspot, after I add it through ZoomInfo SalesOS, it will be added again on the next search. I believe increased communication between ZoomInfo SalesOS and Hubspot to avoid those kinds of issues would greatly improve workflow.

The connections on the user side are very, very fast. Almost one click to tie the SalesOS to Engage, Outlook, and SalesForce.
On the Admin side, its a bit for in the weeds with what permissions are where, but the customizability is very granular, and access to custom fields is there.
Only thing you can kinda trip on is the Engage Dialer, and VOIP can be messy, but not anything to cry over.

Overall, the integration with HubSpot, G2, etc. has been good although sometimes we do have issues with the Hubspot connector not working. Also, it would be good to have more intent fields form Z/I - category details, etc. passed into Hubspot so we could filter better once in Hubspot.

For us it was really easy to integrate with HubSpot, which is the CRM we work with. It's a 2 step. And if you find it difficult to do so, there is always a person in charge (account manager) of your account that can help you with the training and implementation.
