Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
We use ZoomInfo SalesOS to gain contact information/business intelligence about our customers. When we identify key prospects in our book of business via LinkedIn, customer conversations, etc., ZoomInfo is the place we go to get the best contact information for that individual. I used this weekly to identify new people to speak with.
- ZoomInfo has a very robust set of information for contacts/companies.
- Lots of easy filters to use to identify prospects.
- Great business intelligence for each account.
- It can feel pretty clunky and difficult to understand.
- I still don't understand the "credit" system of exporting contacts.
- There are sometimes the information is lacking.

Zoominfo is a great tool that has had the most robust data I've seen. It seems to encompass the majority of our accounts and provides a wide breadth of data for each account as well. I haven't found many other tools that provide any more data/depth of data than Zoominfo does.
