Overall Satisfaction with Zuora
Zuora is used for billing customers and used by all teams through Salesforce.com. It replaced a custom billing platform we had built specifically for our business.

- Connects to Salesforce.com
- Automates manual tasks
- Keeps most users away from the details of billing
- Hosted/SaaS
Cons
- Ability to charge late payment/interest fees
- Detailed SaaS based reports (like Cohorts)
We have been a long time client and so have not recently reviewed other products.
