360Learning

Again, I would give an example of our organization that we initially started using 360Learning for remote employees. It is best suited for companies that have new hires who can not attend the in-house training. So, you can upskill them with training programs via 360L. It's a collaborative learning platform and everyone can benefit from it.

Pros

360Learning

  • Centralized Learning Management System. Creating, adding and updating courses on the platform is super easy. It has led us with an agile methodology of knowledge transfer, where we continually improve the courses with new updates based on the practitioners' feedback and course updates
  • Create and Conduct Live training sessions along with fully digitalized and automated attendance tracking
  • Ability to take courses on the mobile while on go has certainly improvised the learning experience of our practitioners.

Usability

360Learning 9.0
Based on 1 answer
You don't really need to be trained to use it, it's like social media. If not, there's full documentation available, it's not a steep learning curve at all. There's lots of advice about how to better use the platform too. I don't see any need for improvement here but left a 9/10 JUST in case.

Alternatives Considered

360Learning

Bridge Learning can be a good option in alternative to 360 learning as it offers almost the same performance but at a little bit of high cost as compared to 360 learning. The ergonomics of both of these platforms are almost the best of all but as our connection to 360 learning is much stronger now so our recommendation is still 360 learning. And we left Bridge learning a year ago.

Return on Investment

360Learning

  • It has surely helped us train the new members of the team and bring them to a level that we had envisioned.
  • It wouldn't be wrong to say that 360L has had a positive impact on our ROI. It was worth the money invested.
