a3EQUIPO vs. Arcoro HR

It is an HRMS software that is best suited for organizations on light budget and looking for a system that all the basic features that an HRMS should have. If you are looking for a system which is very advanced and is customizable to your requirements then a3EQUIPO might not be the best option.

Since I only use the system for LMS and was not a part of the original implementation my experience with Arcoro has been limited and not the best. It works well for keeping records and tracking when training was completed but because my company does not use the system to its fullest potential it seems more complicated than it should be

• Optimizes the jobs to get the attention the clients want
• The whole thing is cloud-based, making it easy to use anywhere and anytime
• The Customer Service is excellent!

• A live feed to Vista would be fantastic. NOTE: In all fairness, I not sure if the hold up is Arcoro HR or our accounting software provider.
• Pricing can be confusing to figure out when implementing.

It's a bit bulky in terms of the other ATS systems out there such as Zenefits, or Paylocity or Lever or Greenhouse where the functionalities and the buttons are more user friendly designed. Acroro HR is a pretty bulky and difficult to really use because the navigation is just everywhere

Having the ability to have a stand alone ATS/Hiring platform that was independent and did not require integration with our Payroll system was key. We also like the simplicity.
