It is an HRMS software that is best suited for organizations on light budget and looking for a system that all the basic features that an HRMS should have. If you are looking for a system which is very advanced and is customizable to your requirements then a3EQUIPO might not be the best option.

Since I only use the system for LMS and was not a part of the original implementation my experience with Arcoro has been limited and not the best. It works well for keeping records and tracking when training was completed but because my company does not use the system to its fullest potential it seems more complicated than it should be

It's a bit bulky in terms of the other ATS systems out there such as Zenefits, or Paylocity or Lever or Greenhouse where the functionalities and the buttons are more user friendly designed. Acroro HR is a pretty bulky and difficult to really use because the navigation is just everywhere
