But if you want the most customizable experience for your customers and potential customers then ActiveCampaign truly stands alone as the best available platform.

RedHorse CRM is not well suited for organizations that need full web access. It is not currently a SaaS application but can be used with Amazon and similar hosted servers.

  • The automation triggers and workflow commands available are impressive. Very robust, it's so robust I don't know what's capable of doing since I stick to foundational triggers
  • The tagging system and segmentation approach is convenient since one can create segments from different places
  • I was relatively simple to navigate around the platform. (finding where are the lists, campaigns, automations.
  • I liked the quick ability to search for specific contacts based on status and tags.

  • Sales process drive and automation - integrates with Constant Contact to provide marketing support for your sales team.
  • Customer support (Ticketing) - complete time and technology management. Know how many issues are arising and the response time to solutions. Create knowledge base as issues are resolved.
  • Integration to QuickBooks - Connects directly to QuickBooks in a manner that is solid and easy to use while maintaining security. Your sales and support team sees just what they need to see.

  • Broad capabilities - ability to create individual emails to specific segments (the right people) at the right time (predictive sending for the greatest likelihood of conversion) and automated flows so that our clients are generating revenue
  • Integrations - We run ads for our clients, and ActiveCampaign automatically creates dynamic audiences for our social media platforms so that our ads are going to audiences that have just opened or clicked emails (or that follows up with people who haven't engaged). The number of programs that ActiveCampaign connects to makes the marketing a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Visualization of data - With the flow builder, you can see where people are in the process, what tags are being applied overall - makes it so much easier to create email marketing solutions for clients.

I've never had ActiveCampaign down for maintenance. I'm sure they update things, but they always seem to manage to stay live. Also, I've had very few errors, if any. None come to mind. This might be to due to the fact I focus on building things as simply as possible, but I also believe it's due to the quality of the software.

This might be the best part. The chat support lady offered to make a video to help me solve my problem. I worked in customer service for years and I've never done that, lol. So, if they're offering things like that, I can only imagine that they'd be able to handle most any issue you throw at them.

MC was great but was too expensive and limited in scope for unlimited send caps. AWeber has a good email builder but at that time didn't have webhooks, making it difficult to use to meet our needs. ActiveCampaign solved both of these problems by giving us unlimited sends and providing a robust API to manage our registration process and offer our members a way to update their details in real-time.

As a CRM systems provider for 25+ years we have worked with a number of CRM products but so far none have the complete feature set like RedHorse. Salesforce.com gets very expensive for clients very quickly even though it is a good product. MS Dynamics CRM is a reasonable system but is very complex and expensive to maintain and/or customize.RedHorse provides the best of both along with the ease of use and non-complex customization.

My web designer told me about Active Campaign and although I don't recall which platform I had before, I LOVE Active Campaign and its user friendliness. The transition was seamless and I've never had a problem with functionality or server failure.
Active Campaign provides so many features, and makes it easy for non-techies to maneuver around the site with ease. They capture information and put it in an easy-to-read format.
At this point, I don't think I'd ever use any other platform!
