Third-party modules don't always communicate the way they should—things get missed. It's a headache having to reach out to different vendors just for them to "blame" the other vendor. Having everything in one place is very beneficial!

The benefit of having a single source for these items is tremendous. We are quickly able to review an employee's information for accuracy and are able to report on across all of our locations and combine information from all of these areas.
From a reporting standpoint, my job is much easier to get all the salary, benefits, and other data to accurately reproduce an employee's total compensation. This helps our management staff make more accurate decisions in this area.
