FireMon

PP is a great tool to keep Change Management procedures 'under control' in large network infrastructures and/or in scenarios where modifications to infrastructure are deemed critical. It is also very useful as an auditing tool.On the other hand, it might not be that necessary for SMB type of infrastructures.

FireMon7.7

Support is usually pretty helpful, though if newer functionality or different uses other then basic configurations, the process to have someone look at it is may be a little delayed. As I am one 1 of 2 staff that use this product, finding the time to train and understand the product is limited. Therefore we lean on Support a bit more than I would like to. They are always very polite and helpful.
