Microsoft is a trusted provider of IT products. The tech support is excellent, and the company will not go away or be sold. Google is too cheap, which means our data would be for sale. There are no news stories about Cortana listening to us like Google, Siri, and Alexa.
I have used all the Google and Apple platforms that attempt to do the same thing as Microsoft 365 and none of them stack up to the Microsoft platforms. The other platforms are difficult to navigate and do not generate the same professional documents.
