Pros

  • Scheduling
  • Calendar overview
  • Notifications
Laxman Papineni profile photo
  • Booker shows a calendar of class times in an easy manner to read and the use of color coding is super easy and efficient.
  • Booker shows if the classes are full, if there is room and the names of the clients in each class as well as info about the teacher, which is nice when you're planning your day.
  • Booker is fairly easy to create transactions, especially if you're a small company with little product/apparel in your store. It also has a feature where you can save the customer's info should you need it for data/web newsletter numbers.

It gets the job done but is overly detailed and has many steps to do a simple task. Reports are continuously being archived and discontinued. As soon as I get used to one it is no longer available

I've used Millennium in the past - I love the LOOK of SpaBooker better but I don't recall ever having the amount of glitches as Booker has. Their membership process was much more streamlined as well.
