Attentive Mobile is great for those who actively want to build and talk to their community. The goal is to send two messages per week to optimize revenue while balancing out unsubscribes. If a client has trouble with content or finding appropriate marketing messages to send, Attentive Mobile might not be a good fit.

SendPulse is great if you want to connect with your list on a more personal basis, and making sure that your email reaches your subscriber when it is best for him/her. You can also use the SMS function (though I haven't used it yet). Let's say you have clients and want to send a message to them automatically on their birthday, SendPulse allows you to do that. It allows you to add in specific fields that are relevant to you, in order to customise your messaging as much as you want and need.

- One of the best features of this software is its user interface. I found it very intuitive.
- It has sms feature also which is a great add-on to this software.

- In the email editor they should include text separator. I can not put any separator between two lines in the same box. And sometimes the unavailabilty of this feature make my e-mails slightly less attractive.
- They should include image editor in Drag & Drop Edition option so that users can edit their images there itself.
- Campaign approvals take long time.

I find that overall SendPulse is very intuitive to use and the support is there to help you out in case you don't find how to do what you wish to do. The drag and drop functionalities make it easy to create the newsletters you want. Every field is explained and small tutorials are included to show you how to create a new template, newsletter, etc. which makes it very easy to use.

Fast and easy to communicate with. I wish we went over more insights and analytics on our monthly calls with our account manger. This would really give us the push that we need in order to best utilize the platform as a whole.

Every time I contacted the support team with a question or a problem, they were very fast in replying and helping me out solve it. Usually latest within 10 minutes I would receive a first answer, and the problem would get solved on the same day.

When implementing SendPulse, it is a good idea to have a transition phase where you still use both systems, in case anything goes wrong.

While ManyChat is specific to Facebook Messenger, my experience in their platform made it very easy to hit the ground running with Attentive Mobile. With the policy changes in the Messenger world, we have mostly abandoned that and moved to SMS for a direct line to customers. Attentive Mobile has much stronger ROAS with SMS than ManyChat had with Facebook Messenger.

Its integration with sms facility and Viber makes it different from others.To be very honest I use all three facilities depending upon the content which i need to communicate to my subscribers. I use SendPulse more frequently because of its richness. And it delivers good results for my organisation as well.
